Gaylen Payne

Mr. Payne graduated cum laude from the University of Washington School of Business and Seattle University School of Law. Although Payne & Hickel is located in Federal Way, Mr. Payne has represented injured victims from all areas of Washington and Oregon.

Mr. Payne currently serves as an Arbitrator for King County Superior Court and Pierce County Superior Court, hearing personal injury cases as well as other types of civil litigation cases. In addition, he serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington handling civil cases for various governmental agencies. He has been a guest speaker at many continuing legal education (CLE) seminars training other lawyers on various legal topics. He also serves as a volunteer on several hospital advisory boards dealing with patient care.
